Koten Construction & Demolishing recently successfully completed
their demolition contract with Grinaker LTA on the Civitas building
project in Pretoria.
| This demolition contract entailed the destruction of thousands of cubic
meters concrete structures, a total of 66 staircases on 33 stories as
well as screed removal. We also undertook all core drilling, concrete
and joint cutting on this project
